An Easy Way To Watch Tweets Come In
There are many ways to tweet and watch tweets. I will try to talk about many of the apps that make Twitter easier to use.
At some point, you’ll want to watch tweets as they come in. If you’re watching your friends and you want to get their updates in real time, then Digsby is great tool for that.
Digsby is sort of a chat client in which you can pull together your instant messaging, email, and microblogs. When your Twitter friends send an update, you can get a little bubble pop up with their messages that appears for a few seconds. See how helpful this can be? This is a method that you might find easier than constantly refreshing twitter.com in order to see the updates.
Of course, if you begin following 2000 people, this tool may not be that helpful. I used it until I followed too many people. It was great for a while because I got to know a lot of people better. If you only have a few friends, I highly recommend it. It’s found at http://www.digsby.com
